We plan and tailor make 3 days- 2 night surprise weekend getaways around Australia, based on your budget and interests. You will need to fill in a survey so we can determinate what type of weekend you’re after, leaving the destination a complete surprise until the last minute!
Yes, totally! Our weekends start on Friday and end on Sunday, however for long weekends during Public Holidays we tend to make them from Saturday to Monday so you can take advantage of the whole long weekend off. We recommend if you’re planning to book a public holiday weekend that you select a higher budget as accommodation, activities and transportation tend to be with higher rates. Your comfort and good time is our priority.
Well, that’s the surprise and the exciting part! We cover capital cities, small towns and quiet retreats, mountain and beach spots, the list is long. So far, we are able to send our fellow travelers to various destinations in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. We are exploring other incredible places and very soon our destinations will be available in other states. The transit times are up to 5 hours. Don’t worry! If we send you to a place without convenient public transportation, we will also take care to book you a driver, a transfer or a car rental, you won’t be stranded in the middle of nowhere.
If that’s the case, maybe our services are not a good fit for you. If you want to go to Uluru, then you should book a trip for Uluru ☺ We want to bring excitement and surprise in the life of our customers, by providing them the thrill of the unknown destination.
Well, hopefully this will never happen! We select your destination and tailor make your activities based on your interests and answers in the mandatory survey you fill at the time of booking and the available budget you give us at disposal. Therefore, we are confident that what we offer you is aligned with the type of weekend you’re after. We also provide a curated list of recommendations for every place we send our customers to, so you always have on hand all the information about your destination, activities and hidden gems.

Absolutely! We have the tools and the ability to select a destination that can work for everyone and make you all meet there for an amazing getaway. This way you don’t need to waste time to figure it out, we will do it for you. Just make sure to include the address for each traveler in the form before submitting it at the time of booking. All participants need to be included in the survey at the time of booking.
A week before the surprise weekend we will be sending you an email with suggested items to pack (like a swimsuit, walking shoes, etc) and the weather forecast for your mystery destination. In this email you will also receive information about eventual luggage limitations.
At the end of the survey you will have to choose the budget per person included in the trip. After that, you’ll be redirected to the Stripe security payment page where you can put your card details. Full payment is required at the moment of booking as we are not able to store payment details and process partial payments.
If you have selected budget of $500, and you’ll be travelling in 2, then the final price you will see displayed at the payment page will be $1000 and not a dollar more. There are no additional fees or charges and we won’t come back to you asking you for a surcharge. All the payments are inclusive of GST.
Once the payment and the survey are received, we will tailor make your incredible weekend getaway and book all the arrangements (transport, accommodation, activities). We will use your budget at the fullest making sure you get the best value for your money and you have an amazing time. If after we’ve booked and arranged everything some money remains from your selected budget, we will use it to book a meal, or give you an Uber voucher etc.
How about our fee? We take a small service fee (10-15%) off your selected budget.
We will send you all the relevant information and documents such as boarding passes, tickets, accommodation & activities info, as well as the curated recommendations list by registered post or by email. Just make sure to indicate the correct postal address when you fill in the survey.
In your package there will be detailed information what time and where you should be on Friday and Sunday.
Unfortunately no, all participants doing the trip together need to send one survey and one unique total payment for all of them.
Our trips are all 3 days – 2 nights, with departure on Friday morning/afternoon and return on Sunday afternoon/evening. If you or any of the participants of the trip has a particular time limitations (i.e. cannot leave before 3pm on Friday, or must be back by 8pm on Sunday), please indicate it in the survey and we will make our best to respect it.
We like flexibility and we want to offer you the possibility to spend the desired amount by you. The budget selected by you will determine how far we can send you, how we can get you there, the type of accommodation, the type and the number of activities we can book for you. We have a wide range of accommodation and activities partners, from lower price to luxury kind of experiences. For popular public holiday weekends or if you depart from a destination with not many connections, we recommend choosing a higher budget so we can have more options for you. For example, if you depart from Perth on a low budget, you probably won’t end up in a resort on Hamilton Island. No matter what you select, you will get an incredible experience as all our accommodations and partners have been handpicked.
Yes, we can arrange that for you. However, the weekend will still be 3 days-2 nights formula. Make sure to indicate this in the survey.
Yes, you can bring your kids along, we will tailor make the itinerary in a way to include activities and to pick up a destination suitable for children. Please do indicate their age in the survey and if we need to know anything else about this. The cheeky weekends are not suitable for un-accompanied children less than 18 years old.
Our cheeky weekends include the transportation (unless a self drive road trip), the accommodation and we always try to squeeze in one or more activity. An activity could be a high tea, a meal in an emblematic place, a wine tour, etc. However, there is not guarantee your activity will be related to food/drinks, it may be something completely different! If your budget is the lowest and you are travelling in a very high demand period, we only guarantee the transportation and accommodation as part of your package.
No, it would be very difficult to estimate how much you would spend in petrol, so this expense is on you and excluded from the budget you give us.
Absolutely, as soon as you book your cheeky weekend at least 4 weeks in advance.
Well, we don’t want to spoil the surprise, as many hotels/airlines would send an email to remind you for your upcoming trip. Lucky for you, you can add this information later on.
While you’re away in case of necessity you can always call or email us and we will get back to you and do our best to help.
Unfortunately, it won’t be possible to bring your adorable pets with you on the trip.
Gift vouchers getaways need to be booked within 6 months of issue of the gift card and travelled within 12 months. All gift cards are non-refundable.
